This is a really great sandwich that’s both creamy and crunchy in every bite.
2 slices multi-grain bread
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper
1 Hass avocado
1/3 cup alfalfa sprouts
2 slices cooked thick-cut smoked bacon
Spread insides of bread with mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper. Cut avocado in half, remove pit. Slice one half (save remaining half for another use) and add to sandwich, followed by sprouts, bacon and lettuce.
