QUICK + EASY ENTERTAINING TIPS

pumpkin pie milkshake

If you’re looking for a way to finish off that leftover holiday pumpkin pie, then this is a great way to do it. I like my shake pretty thick so adjust the amount of milk based on how thick you want yours to be.

1 cup vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup pumpkin pie filling (no crust)
2 tablespoons milk

Whipped cream, for serving
Pumpkin pie spice, for serving

In a blender, combine ice cream, pumpkin pie filling and milk and blend until thick and creamy (add more milk if necessary). Transfer to a serving glass and top with a dollop of whipped cream and a pinch of pumpkin pie spice for garnish.

Serves 1.
