QUICK + EASY ENTERTAINING TIPS

mango smoothie

A light and refreshing smoothie to get you going in the morning. Use a really ripe mango here so the smoothie and nice and sweet.

1/2 fresh mango, chopped
1 banana, chopped
1/2 cup orange juice
6 ounces vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon wheat germ, optional

In a blender, chop ice. Add mango, banana, orange juice, yogurt, honey and wheat germ (if using) and blend until smooth. Add more liquid if too thick.

Serves 1.
