This smoothie is best with fresh blueberries but if you don’t have any on hand, you can also use frozen ones.
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup low-fat or skim milk
1 cup fresh blueberries
6 ounces blueberry yogurt
1 tablespoon wheat germ, optional
In a blender, chop ice. Add milk, blueberries, yogurt and wheat germ (if using) and blend until smooth. Add more liquid if too thick.
