When you need a good burst of protein in the morning, this smoothie is just what you need.
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup low-fat milk
6 ounces plain Greek-style yogurt
1 tablespoon wheat germ, optional
1 teaspoon sugar, honey or agave nectar, optional
In a blender, chop ice. Add banana, milk, yogurt, wheat germ and sweetener (if using) and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
