QUICK + EASY ENTERTAINING TIPS

grilled prosciutto + fontina sandwich

Perfectly gooey with a touch of salty and sweet, this is a perfect combination of flavors.

1 4-inch piece French bread
2 ounces fontina cheese
2 thin slices prosciutto
2 tablespoons peach chutney
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Preheat broiler. Place bread slices on a baking sheet and place fontina on one side of bread. Broil until cheese just starts to melt and bread is lightly toasted. Remove from oven and top one side with prosciutto slices, and peach chutney on the other. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Serve immediately.

Serves 1.
