QUICK + EASY ENTERTAINING TIPS

crostini with brie + cranberry chutney

This is a perfect holiday appetizer that can easily be increased for entertaining, and the bright red color from the cranberries makes them really festive.

2 1/4-inch thick slices small French baguette, sliced
2 sliced brie cheese, divided
1 tablespoon prepared cranberry chutney, divided
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper

1. Preheat oven to broil. Place bread slices on a baking sheet and bake until just golden brown, turning once, about 3-4 minutes.
2. Top each bread slice with a slice of brie, followed by a dollop of chutney. Season with salt and pepper and serve.

Serves 1.
